The intention with this house is to create modular, replicable architecture and delineate a way of inhabiting the South East coast of Tenerife. Priority has been given to providing different degrees of privacy within the property.

It is a very Mediterranean house with a spacious lounge, high ceilings and shady spots. It boasts a huge garden with an orchard. A water channel supplies humidity to the atmosphere while its murmur lulls and relaxes. The outer porches surrounding the house are ideal places for relaxing, meeting, taking a nap, eating, sunbathing and playing.
